In my honest opinion, the joint relieving effects of nandrolone are somewhat exaggerated. I'm young (slightly under 30) but have tendinitis and torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders. I have used a lot of npp and deca since i started cycling about 6-7 years ago and I can't really say it's helped with the pain much or made anything feel more "lubricated". I suppose for minor soreness and achy joints it may help a bit for for chronic inflammation and missing cartilage I don't think it's gonna do a whole lot. Just one guys opinion.
Have you found any other solution to this? I dislocated my elbow over a decade ago and it cripples me in pain sporadically.

Really the only thing you can do is just lay off if for a bit until the pain subsides. Depending on the cause of the pain there may be no real cure. I'll take 1-2 weeks off the gm and normally that's enough to get the inflammation down and stop the throbbing. Since I dropped my HVAC job and got myself a cushy desk job I've had far less issues. Most of the re-injury or re-aggravation of the injury occurred on the job site from awkward movements and lifts.
