      Aas & Surgery

So I’ve done some reading on taking light amounts of compounds post surgery to help with the healing and rebuilding process and I’m just currently looking for some input from you guys, haven’t been steered wrong with the bop community yet. So quickly just to give you an update I’ll be having surgery may 31st, I will be having an ostomy reversal done. This is something I’ve had for the past 11 months I don’t talk much about it to anyone, I find it very embarrassing and not many ppl don’t understand so I’ve found it best to keep to myself. Well the time has come and it’s finally getting reversed and I am so excited and pumped about it! As I stated before wondering if any compounds run at a lower dose would help with the healing process at all, whether it be possibly deca, npp, or maybe anavar just looking for some insight, and a quicker road to recovery, thanks everybody.

IMHO its best to stay off anything because you will feel the need to do more than you should during recovery. I've been thru a pec tear, multiple hernia's, shoulders, knees etc and usually the gear talks me into going back too soon. I don't know what the recovery for your surgery is but its best to rest and heal up to be safe.

Appreciate the input, recovery is looking like 3-10 day stay in the hospital after that it’s just simply the incision healing and stitches dissolving, nothing too crazy or long. Like I said was just looking for some ideas I certainly wasn’t set on running anything just if anything would help, I’ve got no problems with holding off until I’m totally healed and bigpoppa you made it sound like the best option.

My doc told me to stop taking everything other than what’s prescribed for the surgery related items... to stop everything else including all herbal supplements, trt protocol etc... not sure if it’s standard procedure but I’ve had 4 surgeries since this time last year and all turns out fine without anything in addition...

Congrats on getting that reversed!! I’m sure that’s a very tough thing to have to go through. I hope you’ll be in a better place both physically AND mentally afterwards brother... I’d say not to push anything else into your body. Let it do its thing. Heal normally and naturally...
