Blast n cruise vs coming off for androgen rececptors and gains

Hey brothers I was wondering if some of the more experienced vets could chime in on this. Especially y’all that compete and are on trt/ blast and cruise.

All opinions on ethicality and health reasons of coming off for blasting and cruising vs coming off aside.

What’s do y’all think is better? I’ve heard many top guys(dave palumbo) advice coming off completely at least once a year to desensitize the androgen receptors to be more responsive for gear when the start the next offseason/ comp prep blast.

Others advice blasting and cruising to be better to avoid the drop in hormones all together and better maintain gains while getting bloods in check then blasting again 6-12weeks later.

Have y’all noticed a big difference between the either.
My logic is if your cruise dose is actually at normal test levels. Hypothetically You should respond just as well as an normal guy hoping on a cycle given your cruise didn’t have you at super physiological test levels.

Both sides sound valid but very brosciency.

What have you noticed in your expierances?

Not sure I understand your logic, only because of the way it was written left me a bit confused

I've been on TRT from my doctor for a few years and it was a year or two after I started that I began to look into AAS. I 'never come off' as you say and most consider it blasting and cruising. Personally I don't see it like that because my TRT dose is supposed to keep me at 'normal' levels. So when I stop the AAS and drop back to my TRT dose I consider that being off.

sometimes I will run my TRT dose a little higher in between cycles, that's when I consider myself cruising.
