Running test on a bulk I keep it as high or higher than say tren or nandrolone. On a cut or recomp keep it low and let the nors do the job.

Ie bulk 750-1000 test tren 750 or less
Cut 250 test 750 tren or nandrolone.

Over 1200mg of test my skin get greasy as hell. I can shower and by the time I get dressed it is oily again.

As far as diminishing returns I dont see any drop in gains at 1400mg wk with other compounds. Too much AAS will make me sluggish wich is counterproductive imo.

I think most people will tell you the point of diminished returns is around 1.5g a week, I’ve run higher alongside other AAS and I can’t say more was better
