Thread: Trt concern

So I'm currently on dr. Prescribed trt 200mg cyp a wk, well long story short I had picked up some t 400 and instead of using my Pfizer test cyp I've been using this test 400 just 1/2 cc to get my weekly 200 mg. I figured 1/2 a cc is a lot easier to administer and I can use different spots not just my butt cheeks. Well here is the issue not every shot but about every other week id say the site knots up forms a red lump which is hot and hurts. Now this lasts for almost a week when I do get it but it does eventually clear up, my question is this the oil just not dissipating into the muscle well enough do I need to massage it in better? Should I try pinning at a much slower rate maybe? What about possibly running the pin under some warm water to thin it slightly? It is in gso/guiacol which this is my first experience with but I would think if I were having an allergic reaction it would swell up every time I used it..now for those of you wondering I thoroughly clean the site every injection with alcohol swabs and I never reuse a pin always fresh. I even change the pin that I draw with usually an 18-21 g to a 23-25 g 1" so it's definitely as sterile as I can get each shot, any input would be appreciated I'm just getting sick of these painful red lumps I'm developing every now n again especially since I'm merely running my trt dose. One last question for these red lumps I'm developing is there anything I could try that maybe some of you have done in the past to have them heal quicker like ice, maybe heat?

1) you should be able to put up to 2 ml in most IM injection sites, just man up. Check out spotinjections.com for a list of other IM sites you can try, great pictures there for reference

2) red lump that feels hot sounds like it could be a mild infection. Heat to the touch isn't a good sign, had there been no heat I would think maybe it's just PIP and you need to slow down the push

3) warm water is a waste of time, if it's good test you shouldn't need to do that

4) if these lumps are so bad using UGL test then go back to the Pharma test, you are running the same dose so what's the difference? If anything the UGL test is more likely to be under dosed.

The test concentration is too high #1.

Also sounds like too much BA in the mix. I would thin the whole jug down with GSO.

I'm aware that I can get up to 2 ml in most areas, it was merely the convienence of only having to do 1/2 a cc it's just really quick n easy I wasn't worried about putting too much oil in a site and I do switch up where I inject as well, I hit quads, delts, glutes, and occasional tricep (not nearly as often) the point being I know of plenty of areas and I do utilize them. I was just curious if anyone else dad had a similar reaction with gso? I definitely could slow up the rate at which I'm pinning because it does seem like I am kinda hurrying but with how often I'm having this reaction it seems like it wouldn't be just that. There's not floaters in the oil or anything and like I said I keep it very sterilized from wiping the rubber stopper in the beginning to applying an alcohol swab to the spot after I pull out. I was thinking the concentration off 200 mg of test in half a cc might have something to do with it as well, any insight is appreciated I'm very open minded and would love to possibly figure this out otherwise I'll just go back to pharm grade. I'm not usually a wimp about pip or anything like that but this seems to be a bit more than some pip, cause like I said the red lump is radiating heat.

Yeah sometimes your body just doesn’t like certain blends. I’d either try and tough it out for the bottle or get something else

High mg test blends hurt most people I know at 300mg I get a little knot /pip for a few days where as 250mg I forget where I pinned it.

If you want to feel what real knots/PIP feel like - try test suspension/base. I get knots that last for over a week and am crippled.

High MG concentrations can cause PIP/knots - you might want to split the injections into 3 for the week so you are taking in less at a time. They usually say with high MG concentrations to start slow to see how your body reacts. If the redness only lasts a few days I wouldnt worry about it. The next order you place you should stick with test 250 mg.

If you were taking another compound like deca I would say combine it to dilute the test 400.

I had issues with MCT oil mixes. Site's would get red, painful, inflammation, hot, lumps at times. Bought a 100ml vial of sterile cottonseed oil. Mix 1:1. Make sure I get oil nice and mixed up in the syringe before I pin. Haven't had any issues since

So for every 1 cc of compound you'd mix in 1cc of the cottonseed oil into the same syringe and mix it well? Hmm very interesting I'm not one for source checking where would one come across just sterile cottonseed oil I've never looked into just purchasing anything like this, would I look into a research chem website or something would appreciate any direction someone could give me on this. I know I can always google it but I always prefer a tried n true source especially with something that is going to be put into my body so feel free to pm me or something if you could. Sounds like this could be beneficial to me considering the amount of t400 I have thanks.
