How bad is accutane on the liver
I've tried it all and nothing works cycling has no effect on my back (some on my chest) my face is clear but lord I want to body build but I stick to powerlifting due to the massive blemishes I get .
Just wondering if it's worth it since everyone seems so scared.
Here is a picture of my back it's actually doing good right now compared to normal but it flares up ever 3-4 weeks
The worste thing I will probably due is 50mg dbol cycles when it comes to liver.

Accutane sides, in my opinion aren’t nearly as bad as some will have you believe. I found a good Derm and they put me on 80mg/ day. I’m on month 5 now and my liver values are all well within range. I was running 400 mg/ week of tren into the second month and values were still good. That said, I ran TUDCA and milk thistle while running the tren. I’ve heard of others running it for a month and lipids going sky high so it’s user dependent. If I was you I’d go to the derm and ask for it. Mine sent me for bloods and wrote the script after I assured him I wasn’t using steroids.
If you choose to use it, buy all the chapstick in a 5 mile radius.

Yeah the sides arent that bad... your lips will peel and be very dry, your skin will be HELLA sensitive i.e. easy to tear. DO NOT go tanning and stay away from any extra vitamin A. Your skin will be clear for the next coming handful of years and please remember... it will get a little worse before it gets better... it will uproot the acne from the inside out. Its well worth the 5 months of meds. Doc's will check your liver values... so stay away from any hard orals.

I've been dealing with acne for 20+ years and controlling it with topicals only. It was only when I started experimenting with cycles last year that I looked into Accutane finally after getting uncontrollable break outs.
I'm over a month in and only wished I had done more research years ago rather than getting scared off by all the horror stories. I started on 20mg for a week, then 30mg for a week, then 40mg and staying with it. Greasy face is finally gone!
Lots of sugar usually breaks me out but I was clear for a few weeks and decided to experiment so I got a small breakout but no cystic acne since tane. Definitely google all the low dose regime stories out there. I'm 77kg so should stay under 40mg to start and it's been great (.5mg/kg is recommended by many to start rather than the 1mg/kg may docs prescribe). Don't mind chapstick every few hours one bit in exchange for no nasty cystic acne.

Just got my bloodwork about a month into my Anavar cycle. I was taking 40-50mg Anavar before getting bloods but also taking 40mg of Accutane at the same time. Despite people saying not to take oral steroids and accutane, I had to see for myself.
I must add that the week before my bloodwork I was on Purple Panda Labs 50mg Anavar that I was skeptical that it was what it claims to be, but anyway.
Liver values all in normal range, and mid normal. Thing is, they were more abnormal my last anavar cycle where I wasn't on accutane and I was on Liv52 DS.
I have LIV 52 DS and Cycle Assist on hand just in case, but don't think I'll be concerned at this point. Probably just save the Liv52 for after a night of drinking later on.

The derm just had to take my lady off this shit because her emotions went completely out of whack. She was on 40mg a day, had made it well into month 3 of a derm-recommended 5 month run. Liver values always stayed perfect - not even a marked raise from her pre-run levels. Anyway, my lady has spent the last two years being super reasonable and having level emotions unlike the vast majority of females. Accutane turned her, for lack of a better description, into a typical female. Why was I here, who is this, why am I talking about [insert female here] so much, etc. She wasn't like it before the Accutane, and she's going back to her normal self after a few weeks of being off. It got bad enough that she started to catch herself doing it and that was when she told the derm about it and they took her off immediately.
Just a cautionary tale on the emotional side; I think the physiological effects get a lot more attention than they deserve and caused the emotional sides to be buried under the bad press about liver, etc. I hadn't even heard of it happening but the derm said that it can happen to some people.
