      It's more to it than you think..

      Like the title reads, it's more to it than you think. Many think it's only about getting the proper steroids, steroids doses, stacks, and the length of that cycle. However, it's more to it than that. You can have the purest, most powerful, and most dosages of steroids you want, but without the GENETICS, HARD WORK, and REST, you will look like shit and the end of it all.. That's wasted money and time along with wishful thinking. I just notice many people as a whole who knows nothing or very little about training and nutrition are the ones who claims steroids are what gave someone the physique they have.. To those who think that, realize that success in people that succeed in what they aspire to get out of a cycle of steroids have the knowledge about nutrition which is 80 % of it, training, which is 10 % of it and rest, which is 10 % of it..Steroids aid only as an aid not MAGICAL substances that can make you Arnold, Ronnie, Phil, Dorian, etc. It's more, so much more to it than steroids. GENETICS IS KEY!! Steroids are only an aid not BE All to the results some get from use of them. So, for you people who think it's about the proper cycle, dosages, and length of a steroid cycle is the determining factor, think again. It's more than you think... Okay, rant is over... Back to your regular program..

      This is a great reminder everyone needs now and then, not just the newbies. The best of us have caught ourselves in that trap where you crank up the dosage and it ends up ruining shit, which corrects itself when you back it down. Remember, essentially all gear can do for you is increase the rate of protein synthesis.

      Unfortunately it’s sad but true. Most people running gear look like they just take creatine and pre workouts rather then AAS. And what’s even more troublesome is most people run tren and look like shit.

      I had this rando dude come up to me and start talking about how he’s taking tren and blah blah blah. I played dumb but in my head I’m thinking dude you need to learn how to diet and train. And should probably never touch tren because you don’t take the time to educate yourself on what you’re taking and how to do it properly.
