I wish someone told me that when I started I’d bulk hardddd and when I’d come off I’d try to diet off the fluff l, I ended up losing most of the tissue I put on. Even if you’re a little fluffy try to hold your weight for a good 6-8 weeks before doing anything with your diet. You’re gonna lose a few lbs of water but you really should drop that much weight
