So this morning I had an appointment w/ my endo dr. Ive been having sore nipples and slight discharge with them as well, I called gave him a heads up on what was going on. He had me get my estro checked prior came back at 62 pg/ml, so as a result he decides to put me on nolv 10 mg ed. My question why the route of nolv? (forgot to mention on trt 100mg ew) currently thats all im taking. Usually dont they take the route of adex to subside the level of estrogen, it hopes not to completely block it off? Not to mention with the lactation shouldn't there be a course of or caber or bromo? I could be incorrect but over the years those are the protocols that ive seen used mostly. He has me getting all my hormones checked next week because he didnt have a current prolactin level, so ill guess well see what happens as a result..

Yeah I would be taking something stronger than nolva at that point. Maybe have him elaborate next time u see him

Nolvadex is a SERM , amiridex is an AI, very different. They usually go together but I've heard TRT docs adding in low dose nolvadex every day, like what it appears your doc did for you.

Let him look at bloods and think carefully about what he says, remember there are some good people on these boards but at the end of the day most of us don't hold medical degrees and we all through in the 'bro science' to a degree

So your currently not taking any AI with your TRT? What are the ref range for estro on the bloodwork? I see it was 62 which is high. Damn if your having a discharge it must be pretty bad I've had some high estro before but never discharged. I'm not a doctor but maybe he wants to try Nolv first to see what happens instead of giving you some letro or AI the Nolv might be enough to bring it down then prob will start AI idk but good thing your taking care of it before it really got out of hand

I run low dose nolvedex with arimedix at 0.5 e3d works great for me even with dbol

Take Arimidex 1mg eod
40mg Nolvadex ed
