      Clen

      Thinking about running some clen any one have tips and tricks and amount?
      Some one told me to take 1/3 of a pill for two days then up the dose till taking a full pill ( i have capsules so not so sure how to do that) and only run for 2 weeks then some one said to do two days on two days off for 2 weeks then two weeks off looking for advice thanks guys

      There are many ways to run clen. The most popular is two weeks on, two weeks off. The reason for the short runs is because the receptors get clogged and it loses its effectiveness.
      With that being said, I find that an EC stack provides better results. Be careful and do not overdue it. I do not recommend exceeding 100mg per day.

      Personally, I run Clen for 3 to 4 week cycles. I start with a 40mcg AM dose and taper up to a 50mcg AM and PM dose for a total of 100mcg/day. After week 2, I add 1mg of Ketotifen/day. Keto is an H1-Antihistamine that inhibits the down regulation of Beta receptors from drugs like Clen. So, you can still reap the benefits of Clen beyond 2 weeks

      Clen

      I’m about to start running Clen for the first time. I’m not really too keen on the idea, as I like to think that I can achieve my BF% goals with diet and discipline.

      However, I have a set deadline in mind and my trainer thinks I should add it for the extra cushion, so we’ll see how it goes.

      I’ve been told to start at 20mcg a day and bump it by 20mcg E3D until I hit a dose where I’m not happy with the sides and then knock it back down to the previous dose. Then run that two weeks on, two weeks off.

      I assume from what I’ve read that’ll be around 100mcg a day, but the thing is I’m bad about not noticing side effects. I just don’t feel things until they get pretty intense usually. I’m a little worried I’ll stroke out or something before I’m bothered by side effects lol.

      Oh, and you can’t split caps. If you want to use smaller doses you’ll have to get tabs or liquid or something.

      I always cramp and that leads to me feeling like the benefits are not out weighed by the sides. It affects my lifts and cardio. It is probably better for cutting but i have been happier with my gw.

      This is exactly how I ran it last summer, and it worked great. I found that I felt like shit after taking it at any dose, read that you could take it at night, tried it and stayed that way. If you do it at night, just make sure you take it a night when you don't have to work the next day, incase it keeps you up. It knocks me out for some reason and I actually get a great nights sleep.

      When I’m running Clen I take my evening dose no later than 6:00 PM. Taking it too late in the evening can certainly interfere with your sleep

      Start at 40 mcg and increase dose by 20mcg every 1-2 weeks. Take it all at once in the am until dose is above 80 then split half am/ half noon.

      Don’t exceed much past 100 and I wouldn’t run it more than 10-12 weeks
