How good does anavar work for recovery

So im getting a hernia fixed and already started hgh. For my next cycle id like to do test/var/hgh. I may even cruise for the first month or so of my recovery so i can run anavar. So my questions are:
How good does anavar work for injury repair? How low can i dose it just for this?
How long can i stay on anavar? Is it really that harsh on the lipids
      Thanks brothers

Anavar is so mild. I don't think it's worth the cost.
gh is going to be your best bet for recovery in your situation.
Var you can run for weeks and weeks without having many sides. I've ran 150mgs ED for a few months before (with other compounds) and bloods weren't that fkcd.

Im not really concerned about cost. Even if its a mild healing improvement i would go for it. My worry is fucking my bloods up for little to no gain. Ive been on gh for about a week now. I already feel like im sleeping better but i think its placebo.

150 is a pretty big dose. I was thinking about 50mg/day. Glad to hear it didnt mess up your lipids.

I didn’t know you can use Var for recovery. I usually use HGH for that.

I’ve taken var at 100mg/day split

50mg morning on empty stomach and another 50mg around 12-1pm for lunch

Whats important is that Var is a DHT bases compound not a test elevator. And behaves alot like Deca for the joints. But you will need some liver support while on it.

I had 2 hernias repaired in a single surgery, 1 above and 1 below umbilical, 2 years ago.
I recommend getting the mesh if they offer it (my brother decided to forgo the mesh and he thinks his hernia is returning.
I went with the mesh in both areas and have had no issues.

Surgery was about 50 minutes, woke up with nearly no pain. Just a little tender, and I didn't take any of the pain pills. After the surgery, just be sure to breath normally and consciously take deep breaths every so often to exchange enough air into your lungs. I was breathing shallow in an attempt to "baby" the area, and ended up getting pneumonia in both my lungs pretty bad.

After that I was back in the gym in 6 weeks, but I took my time, did cable crunches and strengthened back up.

As for the HGH: I've read into this for similar application. The only negative I read was the possibility of increased scar tissue due to rate of healing. But that could have been under different circumstances (ie. type of injury that was repaired such as joints).

I don't see the harm in HGH during hernia recovery. But I also don't see a huge benefit in taking it for something like hernia recovery. They're simply stuffing your guts back in, maybe putting a mesh in, and stitching you up. The muscle will take in the mesh to prevent further relapse. So again I don't see HGH really being of huge any benefit to this level of surgery. Nothing like, let's say, joint repair surgery.

You can do what you will, but I feel it would be a waste of HGH . It's only a matter of a 6 week wait to start taking your HGH again, at which point you'll actually put the HGH to better use when working out. Rather than sitting sedentary during your recovery time. I don't see HGH helping you recover that much faster from surgery.

Just some things to chew on. I know you already started, but again it's your choice how you want to spend your money.
Good luck on your surgery! Wish you a quick recovery!

Thank you! My hernia is very small so i dont think the doc wants to do mesh. Im actually leaving to go do it in about an hour lol. The improved sleep alone is enough for me to stay on hgh. Im fortunate enough that it doesnt affect my budget much so i dont mind rolling the dice. I broke a bunch of ribs and punctured a lung a few years back on a jetski, they gave me this funky thing to blow in to keep my lungs excercised. It was like a ball in a metered tube and id compete against myself to beat the “score”. So I’ll keep that in mind to breath deeper.

You could also look at TB500 and BPC157 peptides for faster healing and is also good for injuries. I'm using at the moment with GH and am seeing improvements in healing some nagging injuries

Wouldnt adding tb500 or similar just be the same as dosing the hgh higher?
