AI or Nolvadex

I’m about to start a tren/ mast, Proviron, Var cycle and I have TRT meds on hand. I have Anasterazole on hand, if I understand this right I don’t need to get Nolvadex to run with this Anasterazole.

Is is that correct??

Correct just run your Adex(anastrozole) Nolva is better used for pct

Are you running test with this too ? AI is for test, the rest of the gear you are running do not aromatise. Do you have any anti-prolactin (caber, bromo etc) on hand for the tren if needed ?

I keep seeing this, from multiple guys on this forum and others too. About prolactin, estrogen etc.

"Keep estro in check and you won't have to worry about prolactin." Then someone else will say you need Caber on hand, in addition to AI.

Common sense tells me that if this was the case there would be no place for Caber in bodybuilding. Everyone just keeps E2 in check and boom, we are good to go.

Unless theres a fucking Parkinsonian underground bodybuilding ring I don't know about Caber wouldn't be in such high demand.

How about everyone is different. You may or may not need Caber, regardless of what estrogen is doing. I dunno just my thoughts. I've never taken it.

You're right everyone is different, high prolactin is pretty nasty though - I've had it before even not on a cycle, and hadn't cycled for a few years prior. No sex drive, couldn't get hard, felt like shit etc. Dr prescribed me caber to get it down and felt great.

If you're taking something that can increase prolactin, I would think it wise to have some on hand

Did you get blood work to see if your AI crashed your E or are just assuming that you're AI sensitive? High E has almost the same sides as low. Low libido, lethargic, aches, feeling like shit and everything is possible when your E is high. I thouggt I crashed mine on my last cycle because of how I felt and blood work showed it high at 109. You didn't say how much test or anything else you're gonna run so it's tough to say what you'll need.

Only run an AI if you have gyno issues or if your blood work shows high estrogen. Everyone these days thinks they NEED to run an AI on every single cycle.
