Proviron, Cialis use during Cycle

I am a new member of this great site. I am 61 years young, an athlete and retired military. I need some common sense experience based knowledge on a planned 16 week cycle I intend to initiate here soon to verify my plan. From what I have been able to glean from the BOP site, for what I need to do, is the following:

Sustanion at 750mg/wk ( 3 equally spaced dosages)

Tren A at 350/wk ( 3 equally spaced dosages)

HGH 7iu/day

Proviron 50 mg/day

Cialis 5 mg/day ( for lowering Blood pressure from above and the obvious)

Nolvadex 10 mg/day

Maybe Arimidex 1 mg/day with the Nolvadex, but from what I have heard is the Nolvadex is way better so I might just stick with Nolvadex

I have been in a PCT cycle for about 6 weeks from a 16 week Sustanon HGH cycle of at 500 mg/wk and 7iu respectively, with the Nolvdex at 10 mg/ day

Now with that all said, can anyone recommend any changes adjustments of the dosages of the Cialis, Nolvadex?

Does one have to pyramid up on the dosage starting at 300 mg/wk to 500 mg next week to 750 the third week and similarly pyramid down at end of cycle…OR…just start out at the dosage at week one thru week 16?

Any advice is greatly appreciated

I don't claim to be an expert however a couple of things leap off the screen at me immediately. 1mg Arimidex / day is WAY too much. For example, I was running 500 mg test c / 500 mg deca / week and at peak cycle was getting by with .25 mg EOD. You'll crash your e2 at 1 mg / day.

Pyramids do not work. And sustanon has short med. And Long esters so dive Right in.
I would not be doing adex at that protocol.
Stick with nolva or aromisin. Adex is powerful stuff. Also cycling off of gh is not what I would recommend...stay on if you can.

Exactly what the guys said as for serms. I would get rid of the sus and use prop. There are Sponsors on here that sell mixes including masteron. Just something to think about

Yea, I thought about the Prop but have read that it makes body retain more water...How about Test E, what are your thoughts on that.

Ok copy that on the Pyramid....Excuse my ignorance ( I am a newbie) What do you mean by Sustanon has short med and Long esters...I assume by dive right in meaning these are good things? Educate me.....Copy that on the Adex BTW when and why would you use Adex. Also I appoligize for not being clear....I have been on HGH and have never gotten off of it starting on my first cycle in January 2018, but intend to carry it forward seamlessly into this second cycle..........Thanks in Advance!
