      Completely open to advice/idea's

Whats up BOP I'm currently in the works on assembling a game plan on a 4th cycle. Im currently 30 years old 185LB 5'9 15% body fat. My cycle history is 250mg a week Test E 10w, 500mg a week test e 12wk with Dbol kick start, 500mg a week test e with a 4 week Winstrol 25 or 50mg a week finisher ( I can't remember the exact dosage of winstrol I'd have to check my cycle log) My goals are to do a lean bulk I'd like to get to 200lb at 10 to 12% bf. My BMR is around 1800 calories around TDEE is around 2800 - 3000 calories daily. This does not include cardio I do during the week. What do you think is a good macro count for my goals on cycle? How much cardio should I be doing during the week? I'm not a complete newbie to training I've been training for about 8 years. I was prior military so my training hasn't always been body building it's been endurance training, running, some crossfit and weight lifting since I've been out I've been a lot more focused on body building. For this cycle I am going to go at it completely open minded with a fully trainable attitude in my experience I've seen guys not achieve the maximum results because they wouldn't follow anyones advice. I am in no hurry to jump on any advice on training programs, cycle, cycle length, cycle compounds, cycle dosages, diet to best help me achieve my goals ANYTHING that you wish someone would have told you when you first started would be awesome. I do want to try a new compound and want to do the most with the least amount of dosing so I don't completely fry my receptors and build a massive tolerance so early in my cycle history. Thanks

Something might be off a little with your current stats and cycle history. Probably diet. I only say that cause that's usually the issue and I don't really believe in a "clean" or "lean" bulker. Have to have a surplus of calories to get gains.
      Can you elaborate on diet?

Right now I'm currently eating 2800 to 3000 calories and I'm steadily losing weight around 1 pound a week and I'm cool with that I'm trying to lean out a bit more before I jump back on cycle so I can afford a calorie larger calorie surplus with out getting fat on my next cycle. Would a 250 to 500 calorie a day surplus be sufficient enough to get solid gains? In the past I believe the one thing I've completely fucked up is not eating enough on cycle and having to high BF% when starting.

hey buddy! Just some quick advice... you can take it or leave it...
Its gonna take you anfew years for you to reach your desired goals with the given stats you stated, that being said... just keep doing what your doing now... losing weight slowly... when you 'think' your aroind %10 BF... then start your cycle and add in 50gs of carbs per day to your existing diet, then tweak and adjust from there... Good luck my friend!

Thanks for the advise the goal figures are defiantly a long term goal! Do you think its worth hiring online trainers with experience with AAS if you don't ever plan on competing?

Gaining 15lbs while trying to lose bf "lean bulking" is quit a challenge. Diet is going will always be main objective no matter what gear you take. Stay away from crossfit sh*t if you're trying to gain muscle, train like a bodybuilder. I'd suggest not worrying about weight, losing some bf which will make you look bigger being leaner. Test and Tren would be a good cycle. Nothing crazy for doses. 500 Test, 300 Tren, proper diet and training.

For sure I'm thinking of running a similar cycle to what you said but instead of Tren I'm going to run NPP at 400mg. I have tried Tren A at the end of my last cycle and dropped it my first week the sides really fucked me up way more than the average user I had insomnia and couldn't sleep but 3 hours a day for 3 days.
