E2 is what will go up if you dont use an AI such as adex or aromasin. Its your estrogen levels. 1mg of adex daily will crush your e2 and leave you very unhappy. Nolva will not lower your e2, it just stops the e2 at the receptor, and prevents gyno.
Sust in a mix of “esters”. Esters are whats attached to the testorone to slow its absorbtion. Prop is fast acting, E is slow acting. Sust mixes short and long esters to get the best of both worlds. For most people, the shorter esters such as prop cause less water weight. The science behind this is obscure but its a pretty consistent pattern. Im definitely drier on prop than on e.

I may not be the biggest expert, but if you dont know what e2 is this is a bad idea of a heavy cycle

Or, you can go through some of the literally hundreds of threads on here and educate yourself on what exactly you're getting in to. Everyone is here to help, but not spoon feed brotha. You're planning a pretty large cycle that could be disastrous if protocol isn't followed. Dive in to the threads on here and read for awhile. Also, please stop saying " copy that". lol

Why HGH and why Tren for a second cycle? Did you get blood work taken at all during last cycle? I'd consider getting my levels checked before I jumped on to a next cycle just to see if your last one did any damage... get your levels back to normal then jump on something simple.

I need some common sense experience based knowledge on a planned 16 week cycle I intend to initiate here soon to verify my plan. From what I have been able to glean from the BOP site, for what I need to do, is the following:
Sustanion at 750mg/wk ( 3 equally spaced dosages)
Tren A at 350/wk ( 3 equally spaced dosages)
HGH 7iu/day
Proviron 50 mg/day
Cialis 5 mg/day ( for lowering Blood pressure from above and the obvious)
Nolvadex 10 mg/day
Maybe Arimidex 1 mg/day with the Nolvadex, but from what I have heard is the Nolvadex is way better so I might just stick with Nolvadex
I have been in a PCT cycle for about 6 weeks from a 16 week Sustanon HGH cycle of at 500 mg/wk and 7iu respectively, with the Nolvdex at 10 mg/ day
Now with that all said, can anyone recommend any changes adjustments of the dosages of the Cialis, Nolvadex?
Does one have to pyramid up on the dosage starting at 300 mg/wk to 500 mg next week to 750 the third week and similarly pyramid down at end of cycle…OR…just start out at the dosage at week one thru week 16?
Any advice is greatly appreciated
Thank You in Advance!
I'm sitting in the movies with my son, but I had to respond to this.. this cycle and your protocol has me very concerned for you.. send me a private message, let's start from the beginning and do things right for YOU.. including getting blood work.. BOP is a great place and we all genuinely care for our peers and friends alike...
Hit me up at your next earliest convenience.

Good call vision. I hope you set him straight. Lots of concerning factors in the cycle compounded by the lack of knowledge.
Keep reading brother! All the info is here just look around for it.
