DEFINITION of a body recomp! 230lbs throughout entire year!
I am a little over 11 months into what I can only describe as a metamorphosis. I tore my rotator cuff and was sidelined for a couple years before I could get it sorted out enough to consistently lift. During that time I had a couple kids, got a little depressed, and very fat....
I started out at 230 lb exactly. I haven't fluctuated more than 5 lb the entire time. I attribute that to mainly how much water I consumed. Does it not go against the laws of physics to gain lean muscle and burn fat at almost the exact same rate for almost a year straight? That my brother's is the power of Tren. I pray at the altar of Tren, and all other steroids are Blasphemous to its name.

Nice work my friend. Tren may have been the catalyst but your hard work and dedication certainly shows. Congrats!

Very nice progression. If you don’t mind me asking, what exactly were the cycles that you ran?
