      Need to get my cruise together

      So since coming off blast 6/15, my routine and cycle has been out of wack completely

      I only post bc I need to maintain accountability and push forward

      Haven’t been hitting Gym regularly - like 3x a week maybe
      Diet hasn’t been the greatest and my injection schedule is messed up

      I want it to look like this

      MWFSun - pinning
      1 cc primo E 200
      1/4 CC Test 300
      GH 5iu ED

      Training. —
      MWF
      Chest/tris
      Back/bus
      Legs/shoulders

      ^ I only post this to keep my shit together because if not — I’ll drift away and basically won’t do shit

      Cycle looks good routine looks good now get after it stay focused look how far you have come. Doo this get on YouTube look up Les Brown bodybuilding motivation it's at the top the video with big Phill the Gift Heath on it listen and watch it it will fire you up. I listen to it every day.

      Yeah. Im totally okay with using a low dose of something on a cruise. Ive seen people use eq and anadrol on a cruise.

      Cruising on primo yea - I always do it with test and GH

      It’s an excellent combo and keeps me solid and shapely while I’m cruising

      Motivation lacks much more in cruise and I just don’t have that burning desire to lift ya know ? It’s tough

      I agree 100%. When you think about it: who made all these rules? There aren’t even that many if any to put such stipulations on gear use. It’s more so suspicions.

      I believe if your health markers are in tact, you’re taking your ancillary supps, keeping the diet tight with some cardio in there then whose to say you can’t run extended cycles, or cruise with a extra compound or two?

      Last year I ran a 32 week cycle where I changed the 3 oil compounds 2 (roughly 10-12 weeks per cycle) and ran orals for several weeks at a time throughout. Got my bloods done 2 weeks after I finished the last run of orals and was crushing for about 4 weeks and all my levels were in the good range. So idc what anyone says, the bloods don’t lie and neither do my gains

      Oh it’s tough indeed brotha. I know how that feels. But just remember there’s a reason why your physique stands out. And if you don’t use it, you’ll lose it. So that should be motivation enough to grind it out through the cruise and try to gain a little something along the way
