Thread: Home testing steroid test kits

Don't know if this is the proper subforum to ask this but does anyone here have bad experiences here regarding home testing kits? I have only used the "roidtest" brand and at this point I am hoping that the testing kit is off or is complete garbage. I have been burned in the past by bad gear and picked it up as a safety net for my purchases. I am definitely starting to feel a little disheartened though.

Did your products not test well? Which products you testing? Ive only used roid test and specifically for primo. Was not real primo in the end.

I have tested anavar and superdrol and the colors are off. The anavar is of huge importance to me because it is for the wife.

I have used the search bar function on the forum and most people are for the home test kits, however, there are some that are not. There was a board sponsor in particular who stated that the home testing kits are useless and misleading which is a little troubling. Looking for any newer or recent opinions on the matter.

Did you get the new kit where its supposed to tell you what the compound is by color as well. It should give you a pass/fail by the correct color but if the color is off there’s a chart that identifies the compound. I’d be nervous giving a female anavar when the anavar test color wasn’t the color on the chart. Did you do the second verification test?

I do have the newer version. I tested both the anavar and the superdrol that I had purchased at least twice. The first test for anavar appeared to be the same color. When I did the anavar on the second verification tube there was supposed to be no significant change however it appeared to change to the color that represented methyltest and then a reddish color. The superdrol appeared to test positive for dbol on both tubes.

Oh man. That sucks. What ive found with those tests is if uts a clear color match twice its accurate. The sd seems swapped with dbol for sure. The anavar could still be anavar. Ive had different shades of the same color like that. They probably send you a new test if you contact them . Did you get it from the palumbo site? Would uou mind telling us where you got the sd from? Initials are fine.

Can you imagine if you were color blind? Some of those color shades are just a little different. Orange could look like red and so on. Id contact them though or try the other home test other than roid test. Bill L's roid test is supppsed to be the most accurate but i think those tests have their own strengths and weeknesses depending on the product you test.

I really don’t want to call anyone out just yet and am trying to be respectful about it as well. I am also trying to give the person the ability to respond first as well. I just believe it is the right thing to do.

LabMax is what I've used way before the RoidTest kits came out. Same deal though with the color chart. I've had many questionable colors that didn't quit match up but great results from the gear so idk. So I don't have much faith in these type of testing kits and after a decade of using AAS I pretty much can tell if stuff is good or bunk.
