Honestly the calories aren’t bad. The t3 would be what would make you lose muscle more than clean but that’s not too high. I’ll only take T4 if I take any thyroid med because of risk of muscle loss. I find if I take any t3 or t4 I can’t build muscle while losing fat. My body grows muscle even if dieting if I’m not on any fat burners and I’m taking hgh so I,stick with that for recomping. Your peds are good to retain muscle. You’ll lose easily multiple lbs of water the first week along with the fat. You could lose 5-7 lbs the first week because of water and be cool not losing muscle. Unless your under 10% bf I don’t think you’re losing muscle at the rate you’re at. I’d only suggest out of the 1860 calories that you get 1.5 grams of protein per body weight and don’t reduce that. Any additional calories dropped have to come from carbs and fat. Do you know approx what bf % you are right now? I can tell you once I hit 12% it was 1 pound a week , if I wasn’t at zero due to muscle replacing fat lb per pound but I have hgh to thank for that.
