      Clen and muscle loss

      I know how clen works, but do you think it can cause muscle loss? When I've ran it in the past, it wasn't uncommon for me to lose 3-4lbs a week. Tells me I'm burning muscle and to much in a calorie deficient?

      Its more than likely water loss. Clen is anti-catabolic if anything.

      I'm just going by rule of thumb. I guess if strength is there it's not muscle

      I think that depends on the other peds youre on at the time and your diet. Whats a typical ped regimen when youre on clen and how many calories are you on roughly when youre dieting?

      I agree with everything except clen being anti-catabolic.
      There have been studies that clen promotes anabolic activity in animals however it has not been proven in humans and data is actually to the Contrery. Clen does not distinguish between fat and muscle therefore you should have something that will save the muscle so it focuses on the fat. Obviously, the more fat you have, the more fat you will lose. It is really all relative.
      If you are in single digits fat, you will lose muscle.

      Right now I'm on 100mg test prop and masteron ace eod, 50mg winny daily, and 12.5mcg t3. I just dropped cals today down to 1860
      I just want to lose this last little bit of fat, so I thought about using clen for 2 weeks

      Honestly the calories aren’t bad. The t3 would be what would make you lose muscle more than clean but that’s not too high. I’ll only take T4 if I take any thyroid med because of risk of muscle loss. I find if I take any t3 or t4 I can’t build muscle while losing fat. My body grows muscle even if dieting if I’m not on any fat burners and I’m taking hgh so I,stick with that for recomping. Your peds are good to retain muscle. You’ll lose easily multiple lbs of water the first week along with the fat. You could lose 5-7 lbs the first week because of water and be cool not losing muscle. Unless your under 10% bf I don’t think you’re losing muscle at the rate you’re at. I’d only suggest out of the 1860 calories that you get 1.5 grams of protein per body weight and don’t reduce that. Any additional calories dropped have to come from carbs and fat. Do you know approx what bf % you are right now? I can tell you once I hit 12% it was 1 pound a week , if I wasn’t at zero due to muscle replacing fat lb per pound but I have hgh to thank for that.

      I am 9% BF I have been losing about 0.2% per week on my calipers from 10% I’m on my 3rd week of pct and I’m running 4iu of growth in the morning. If I started taking clen with my growth in the morning and doing fasted cardio would I lose muscle? I honestly don’t think i am in a deficit I have retained my weight for the last 6 weeks but bf is dropping slowly. I think I am at maintenance but the growth and cardio is getting rid of some fat. Thoughts? Sorry for hijacking

      You can drop 3-4 lbs for a week or 2 due to water and thats def not muscle loss. After that itll slow down because at 10% you dont have much left to go. Im at 10% as well and im at 1/2 lb or so a week although its hard to tell cause the hgh is making me build muscle too so a pound lost is countered by a poubd gained right now for me.
