Test + Deca ratios
Hi all,
Interested to hear what sort of ratio with Test/Deca you guys enjoy during the off-season.
I have run test/deca previously at 500/400 and ended up with deca dick towards the end. Have seen people recommend deca being run at 50% of the test dose so was thinking of 750/300 test/deca this coming blast.
Interested to hear your guys opinions on this and your own experience with test/deca ratios + sides.

A good cycle with Test/Deca imo is 750mgs/600mgs, respectively. I prefer Adex and HCG to run with those as well.

I like low test with deca. 250mg test and 400-600mg deca. Keeps the water retention low for me along with a clean diet.

First 8 weeks:
Test E 600mg/wk
Deca 780mg/wk
12.5mg Aromasin ED
0.25mg Pramipexole before bed ED
5mg Cialis ED
New dosages with Tren Ace added:
Lowered dosage while bringing in Tren Ace. to give faster clearance if I need to keep doses low.
Test E 400mg/wk
Deca 400mg/wk
Tren ace 50mg/ED (350/wk)
6mg Aromasin EOD
0.5mg Prami before bed ED.
5mg Cialis ED
After 7 days, no sides or issues:
Test E and Deca bumped up.
Tren Ace bumped to 60mg
Most I will go for Tren Ace for this run is 70mg ED
Test E 600mg
Deca 600mg
Tren Ace 60mg/ED (420mg/wk)
6mg Aromasin EOD
0.25mg Prami before bed ED.
5mg Cialis ED
Current:
Day 14 Tren Ace
Bumped up Tren Ace to 70mg
Test E 600mg
Deca 600mg
Tren Ace 70mg/ED (490mg/wk)
6mg Aromasin EOD
0.35mg Prami before bed ED.
5mg Cialis ED
Horny as hell. No issues with erection quality.
HCG being added back in soon, and into cruise.

U need to run proviron with nandrolones
50mg ED & u will b G2G with 250test & 500deca or the opposite.

Do some research on DHT to DHN ratios and erectile function and tissues.
There is no single answer. Everyone is different, and you have to find what works for you.
Different genetics, body composition, cardiovascular health, body fat, bloodwork values... list is endless.

The ration doesn’t mean shit with you run one higher or lower for deca dick it’s just a matter of how bad your body converts the Dhn .

I cruise this blast .. sure you can lower the test if you need to .. but this is my sweet spot.
