      Help First Cycle

      Hello! Looking for some help- I am 37 just started my 1st cycle. Advanced Elite Gear bought from a gym buddy. He said a good first cycle would be 250/week Test-C and 250/week Deca. I also take BCAA during workout- Creatine pre and post, fish oil, multi, Glucosamine Chondroitin. I am 300 lbs and pretty solid although I’d love to be at 250 I don’t know for my frame. Anyhow my buddy gave me no instruction on PCT or Arimidex recc. My question is: is this a good first cycle? Should I be doing more Test and less deca? My body hasnt had any adverse reaction. 4 pins in. Thanks!!

      300 pounds? You’re not going to like my advice but I would say stop. You need to loose some weight first. The reason being that testosterone will get converted to estrogen more with higher body fat. The estrogen and deca is going to cause prolactin. Just a whole lot more issues with higher body fat.

      I ran my first cycle at around 18% body fat and had a difficult time controlling estrogen. I stubbornly hammered through it though. I learned from my mistake though and dropped a considerable amount of weight before my 2nd cycle and it was so much better. The difference was night and day.

      Use the time to drop weight and try again in 6 months. Read the forums while you’re doing that. You’re going to get a better return on your investment.

      2nd...no, 250/wk isn't worth shutting down your natural production for this small dose. U didn't mention your height ?
      Fire your gym buddy for knowledge. BCAA's....I wouldn't bother, but Im sure others may not agree. All the other stuff is ok, not necessary tho. Most multi's are full of toxins and fillers (all about the $$)

      Eat good, according to your build/goals. 400 to 500/week Test split into 2 pins at 250mg each on Monday and Thursday (or whatever)
      Personally Id go with Aromasin for an AI....12.5 (half a tab) every other day is a good starting point.
      Do not run Deca also for your first one. Too many reasons to list....one tho, is Deca fucks with the head in some peeps...it did me, I only run the faster ester NPP. At any rate....just be best to run TEST ONLY your first cycle.

      Drop your weight accordingly to your height. This can only be done via diet...cardio, exercise does not burn off body fat...Idc what anyone says. If u want to do this quickly...go with ketosis. It works, period. Better and quicker than any other diet....don't even have to hit the gym....research it, do it, go to bed and prove me right. If u do not change your diet in some form or fashion,,,u can cardio all u want, u wont drop shit.

      No, no, no. You need to go on a diet. Some of the worst "advice" come from "buddies" at the gym. And you're AAS came from same guy? Like mentioned, fire him. He doesn't have your best interests in mind.
      Check out the Diet and Nutrition forum here at BOP. Better yet, post your current diet in said forum and ask for real advice. I'm sure you will get some constructive criticism.
      In all seriousness, get your diet under control before introducing any AAS.

      Thanks guys! I am thinking about losing the Deca and definitely thanks for the weight loss advice- I am 6’3 former football player and have the widest frame/shoulders at my gym. I get compliments all the time and my weight fluctuates to a great degree all the time. I think I am firing the guy- and just going online with anything I buy. I will check out the nutrition forums as well.
