Anyway, back then PCT consisted of creatine and hella reps. And I mean A LOT of reps, cleaner diet and cardio. I always bounced back really good and couldn't wait for another cycle. I can't remember exactly when I started using adex and HCG. It was about 10-12 years ago and I know I started them at the same time. I was turned onto these years the same two guys (Powerlifters, one a nurse and one an emt) that took care of me on the AAS and looked out for me. They told me what dosages to take, when to start, when to stop. Did everything they said, got bloods a few times, and all good.
I'm a guy that doesn't try to fix something that's not broken. Naturally though, when a gram of test with some deca I'll increase the dosage and go to EOD instead of e3d. And it works for me.
The only time I really dragged during PCT was when I ran extremely long cycles with several compounds. More is not always better.
My PCT(basic cycle):
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/25/25
LowT Thank you for your insight and experience through the years. This helps myself and new members alike. That is my current PCT as well with adding Mk2866 at 25/25/15/10 for 4 weeks.
When you were on HCG during cycle did you think you recovered faster Post cycle than you did without it during cycle?

NP, anytime. I don't know anything about that MK2866. Well, the HCG, Nolva and Clomid were all added at the same time during same cycle and I continued to use it til I started blasting and cruising. But yes, recovery was much better.
