      Big improvement from the before pic I was all flexed up and blubed, no flex here n abs are visible. Diet helped alot tho, n I still got 6 weeks to go. I'm trying to do veggy carbs only, I'mma snap pretty soon and have sum rice, or everything in the fucking kitchen.

      Lost a few lbs, down to 200 but looking better, I'm starting to have weird BO from the tren, I normally can't smell myself. I'm pretty flat to from lack of carbs, I'mma change my doses a lil bit and add more carbs. I think my test is to high and my tren to low. Im going to adjust it to 400 test/ 600 tren and see how that helps.

      Ok can't post pics ATM my memory is fucked up. But I'm finished with my cycle and last 20 lbs and strength has gone way way up, added about 40 lbs to all lifts. Deit was pretty clean, training was on point, I have to be carefully with deads and squats due to the implant in my spine, so those are at 250lbs but I've added allot more reps to them, 15-18 reps per set. I'll post pics as soon as I clear my fones memory. Overall tho I'm really happy with my results
