Back in the game, cycle
Ok first cycle in bout 3.5 years, I'm 34, 5' 11" and started at 215. I'm running the Patriot blend from flash and I'm doing 800 test c and 400 tren e, n 4.6 uis of blue top gh. Kick started with dbol 50 mgs, using sum letro and bridging to nlova and adex. I'm a decent build I guess but my abs look bloated out so I'm trying to cut my cals to see if I can get rid of my turle shell abs, lol.

I meal prep 2-3 times a week, nothing spectacular but I try to keep my prep meals clean, my breakfast is bad it's the jimmy Dean breakfast bowls, and I randomly have dinner with the family. I get 300 grams of protein and day, 90 from shakes tho. It's a work in progress but I am just coming back from prison sooooo... There's that

The family is having BLTs and you know what I'm having????? 5 servings of egg whites, fml. But sumthing working cuz my strength is up, veins are popping a lil, and I'm up 7 lbs but leaner. N I'm super unhappy about not being able to eat wat I really want. I'm surprised I'm not having blood sugar issues tho, I carry cookies in case of emergency lol
