Can scar tissue in muscle heal? Is there something that comes before?

I think I used my left outside bicep a few too many times. Last time I injected it was like there was this hard stringy stuff in the way. I had to use more pressure than normal. It didn't hurt. But I can feel each one being penetrated. Is this a cause for concern? Will time heal this?

It will heal in time. Get it massaged several times a month to break up the scar tissue

      Cupping, DTM, and foam rolling.

Ill say this though foam rolling is basically like mitary grade torture. Id rather have bamboo shoots shoved under my fingernails than to foam roll my ITB.

Yes, scar tissue can be broken up. I have found that deep tissue (thai massage) is the best for this.

Always was a sucker for a happy ending....when that scar tissue breaks up, that is.

Check out the graston technique. Basically, it's a bevel ended blade you scrape scar tissue with.

I hate pinning anywhere but my glutes so i wear out those glutes tryna get all the shots in lol.

Ive felt exactly the same thing but it always just eventually goes away if i leave it alone for awhile.

When it gets real bad i just move to my second favorite spot (quads)

Never liked bicep, they dont hold as much gear as well
