Well. There is such thing as test flu.

You might legit be getting sick.

Test shouldn't be dosed above 250 mg. tren at 200 is already at most oil solvent saturation point with one ester. Could be your gear is crashing internally. Try diluting a bit. That might help.

Bro that’s what I thought but this isn’t the first time this has happened. Ibuprofen seems to help tho but I don’t want damage my liver any further

I dont know then.. im just throwing some things out there... wait til some of the other vets come around. They might have a answer for you. Im sure someone will be able to narrow it down.

How often are you training? What are you splits and how intense are you going? Work life? Home life likem A lot comes into factor.

Did you have any fever?

I think german is onto something here.... First thing I thought of was test flu. Did you increase the dose of test? I noticed you switched from test e to sust? Sust and prop are two culprit esters that have been known to cause this. Here's a good read to check out:
