Brain juice...
I've only been using these forums for little under a week now and have already learned much. I'm far from on point though. So many things are abbreviated that I'm not so sure I'll ever get it all. All these numbers and medical terms. I'm sure I'll learn more. Really excited to be here in that I'm confident I'll be a lot smarter as the sets and rises. If I learn only one thing a day that would be awesome.

I've used gear for about 3yrs now. Same cycle every summer in type and amounts. Every summer I'll make some good gains. This summer I've done good as well but noticed it's not quite there as before. From what I've learned on here it's best to do like I have in that I've not just crammed myself full. I've used moderate amounts and made smaller, nice dense muscle mass. A lot of guys use massive amounts and get massive gains but it's not good quality muscle. I've taken my body as far as us going to go on these moderate cycles. I've always done a cc of 250 Enthanate, a cc of 200 deca, and 2/10mg dbols a day. So pretty much a beginners cyclce that still produced gains. Now that they are tapering off its time to double up, double dip on the oils to 500mg a week on oils and 4 dbol a day. I'll use these amounts every cycle until the gains slow. Once that happens I'll step it up again to maybe using some stronger test. I'm 57, my gains stay with me once off the cycle. I belive its because I do take it slow, low and deliberate. My gains are muscle not mush muscle (loose muscle gains.) I feel like the muscle I gain is more compact, more dense. Could all just be in my head but it seems to work well for me. I would have never bumped my oils intake up on next cycle had I not learned from here it's the wisest way. Everyone is in such a hurry to have it now they straight off take the big doses.

I'm gong to bump it up next cycle. I'm not trying to kill myself. I think you can do more harm by using so much. Besides I'm not looking to be massive. At 193 I'm already having flexibility issues...im thinking about 210 of muscle is about where I want to sit at. However each time I reach a goal weight /size I tend to want just a little more. Lol

Added muscle doesn't necessarily have to mean diminished flexibility.
I personally do 15 minutes of either upper or lower body flexibility training every work out

One of the few that do flexibility training then! I think most people forget that static stretching after lifting helps stretch the fascia and cause she me mirco trauma to muscle which facilitates growth. An easy addition to any program with almost no effort needed!
