TRT question.
Been on it for 6 months. I’m doing 220 every Thursday. Just had labs done and I’m at 864 total testosterone and my free Test was at 19.6. Dr said I’m good to go. No more labs for at least 6 months. So would it be ok to bump it up even more for several weeks? If so how much? I’m on test cyp.

Ive been doing trt for a little over 5 yrs and i personally want my test at a 1000 -1200.
But that's what works for me, to maintain and assist a little bit of growth between cycles.
Whats ur stats, goals, etc

How long have u been training?
Whats ur diet look like?
Gear is only one of many things that can assist u in ur fitness goals.
Gear isnt even the second or third most important aspect.
Without really knowing all the details id have to say stsy at what ur at rn and focus on perfecting the foundation first.
1. Diet
2. Training
3. Supplementation (daily vitamin, omega 3 and 6, fiber, etc etc. The list is massive.
All those things need to be perfected as much as possible before even starting aas use.
I trained for over a decade before introducing aas into my regiment.....and i only introduced it cuz a dr ordered blood test showed i had the test lvls of a 80 yr old man.
Nobodies gonna recommend u pile on aas without really getting a grasp of ur history.

What was blood drawn ? If you're injecting once a week, then it's important to know if it's your peak or trough. If you got tested on Wed for example, then that's almost your lowest. Alot of guys will split the dose to at least twice a week to minimize fluctuations

blood drawn the same day I pin. That’s just how they do it. Blood drawn then pin after blood is drawn and I get the results the next time I come in.

Ok, so that's your trough / lowest level, it would be much higher after your shot
