Nolva on cycle
I will be running a pretty heavy cycle here soon and I always have a problem with Gyno no matter how good I keep my estro in check it seems to flare up. I have found that running 10-12.5mg of nolva daily when I’m high test is the only way to keep it under control. My question is what are the possible negatives to having to do this?

I don’t see it being anymore harmful than taking a good amount of AI.
I wouldn’t stay on nolvadex for long periods of time imo

Nolva on cycle
I have previously run nolva while on cycle and at the time couldn’t tell much difference aside from no gyno sides. I recently switched to Raloxifene and I’m liking it a lot better. I get zero tenderness and can notice being more pumped during my workouts probably due to it having less effect on IGF levels. The ralox seems like it’s much stronger to me, and I’m able to take it only a couple days a week instead of ED or EOD. Just my 2 cents.

You should have no problems at all then Brother. From all my reading Tamoxifen suppresses your endogenous HGH and IGF-1. Since you’re going to pin exogenous you won’t have any worries

I do raloxiphene as well on cycle....it helped a lot. Also running aromasin every 3 days. Not sure if its overkill or what the best raloxiphene dosage is. I’m super estrogen sensitive. Gave myself gyno by running gear before I new anything....I’ve got a knot behind my left nipple to show for it but it’s not overly noticeable. I considered running a letro protocol but that shit really sucks and probably wouldn’t do anything at this point.

I second what he said on all points. Plus nolvadex can have some nasty side effects long term such as promoting cancer according to some studies. Raloxifene is where it's at. It helps to prevent and even reverse prostate cancer as well. I no longer use nolva on cycle. Raloxifene if I need to depending on dosage. DIM and calcium d glucarate if I'm being conservative on dosages as I usually do now. A blast for me nowadays is 30mg of perrigo cyp a day. I get more off that and proper training and diet than what I see guys getting on 1 gram of UGL test. Unless I get ahold of some MENT then I definitely need the raloxifene.

What dose do you take and how many times a week?
