Nolvadex can aggravate gyno and worsen it.

I usually always have a little of everything on hand but between grabbing a shitty run of luck with sources recently and the fact that a couple of my friends are meat head idiots whose idea of oct and pct is to call me freaking out asking if ive got some adex/letro/stane i can spare.

And i lecture them and charge them 3 times what i paid for it. If ur gonna be dumb u better be tough.

It will not reverse advanced gyno.

It is an aromatase inhibitor and merely reduces estrogen.
You need a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) to reverse gyno in many cases.

SERM's fill the receptors in your mammary glands with medicine making estrogen unable to attach and therefore it dissolves.

Having estrogen low enough to allow gyno reversal can cause sexual sides and depression. This doesn't go for all people as we all react differently to estrogen.

It is very wise to keep both on hand.

True. But we gotta be taking about some seriously advanced gyno. Letro is the strongest ai there is.
