STOPPED EARLY GYNO
I have not been active in a while here. I have been so caught up with work / ect.. I have still been training hard.
I just wanted to share my recent experience with gyno. I was about 4-5 weeks into my 16 week blast deca / test / with dbol kicker. I started noticing gyno under the left nipple. I am very gyno prone and I always use aromisin to control estrogen but I had been on a lower dose than usual. I let is slide because I have a tendency to over react sometimes. About two weeks later I had multiple lumps and some starting under the right nipple. It was a wake up call. I then decided it was time to do something.
I have read many different ways to treat gyno but as we all know in this world what works for one may not for another. So I started taking nolvalex twice a day for the first week / week and a half. And finished with once a day for another week and a half or so until it was gone.
This worked for me and I am damn thankful it did.. Now I just keep my E in check a little more closely and I am doing fine.. Making damn good progess and having fun.
So for anyone who has doubted this process here you have it first hand. Its cheap and effective and worth trying before resulting to other more expensive methods.

Nolva is the single most proven effective method for hard lump gyno reversal.
You are like me. I had no issue until I got into heavy stacks. Now I run 10mg ed on cycle or once I feel a knot I run 20mgs until the knot is gone.
I have made my lump go away many times.
You would be wise, either on blast or cycle, to run 10mg ed. I used to make fun of guys that did this, (such as feroce) but then I found out unless I wanted tits I would have to do this.

For me Ive always used adex to keep estrogen in check. I just happened to have a crap load of it from dr prescribed trt.
Ive been lucky as fast as lumps go..... but i also haven't done any really advanced stacks yet.
About a year ago i had a limp pop up cuz i wasn't taking the adex on a consistent schedule.
A short run of letrozole and it cleared right up. So ive kept letro on grand Ever since.

Just a heads up on the letro...
It will not reverse advanced gyno.
It is an aromatase inhibitor and merely reduces estrogen.
You need a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) to reverse gyno in many cases.
SERM's fill the receptors in your mammary glands with medicine making estrogen unable to attach and therefore it dissolves.
Having estrogen low enough to allow gyno reversal can cause sexual sides and depression. This doesn't go for all people as we all react differently to estrogen.
It is very wise to keep both on hand.
