      Cycling at certain body fats?

      So I know the normal take on what body fat is considered optimal before starting a cycle.
      What I would like to hear is everyone's experiences cycling at different body fat percentages and progress made at these given body fats?

      Any one have personal experience starting a test cycle at let's say 10%, 15%, 20%+

      I'm curious what everyone has dealt with and how the higher percentage guys did starting a cycle at the higher body fat %'s.
      I personally am right at 12% and am busting ass to get that last bit of fluff off my obliques..
      Has anyone stated a cycle at 15% and actually gotten leaner while eating clean in a surplus and a decent dose of test? Anyway just curious on everyone's experience.

      I'm not a vet I was a skinny fat cunt when I hopped on test. Lost 40 lbs of beer fat dealt with all the typical high estrogen sides. Id prob still be making excuses depressed if i didnt do it. If I'm in not in the gym 5 days a week keeping my diet on,point I feel like a piece of shit. No regrets here.

      I'm 31 not a vet but do have a few cycles under me now. Started my journey a year and a half ago at 240-250lbs body fat high 20s%(27% I think). Test-E only cycle for 12 weeks, I accomplished almost like a recomp. Ended at 240 with 23%. Not ideal for most but gave me the info I needed to dial everything up for my individual needs. Test only cycle changed everything for me too. Eat, training, fuckin confidence for sure for example been married since I was 23 n never liked walking around shirtless in my own home when the wife was home. I guess in a way it comes down to the individual. If you just take It n expect it to work it won't do shit but if you add it to your regime it could help you drop the fat to a certain percentage but you gotta put in work. Sorry if I lost you guys hahaha prepping dinner

      I ran test only way earlier on and was pushing 20% BF. I maintained that BF and gained muscle. Few cycles later I was able to drop down a bit more, but truly I wasn't trying to cut down. Anything is doable through diet and hard work.

      Interesting guys very interesting. I was 260lbs 40+ body fat. I've cut down to 190+-5lbs. Went into a bulk last winter and got up to 215 at 18%. I went into another cut and got blood work done and found total test to be 398. My labido is awesome, tmi, but hard as a rock when the wind blows
      I have noticed though I do get really damn tired half way through the day and gains have slowed. My diet has been rock solid since day one and my training and cardio are also on point. I'm starting a test cycle first of October and was shooting at getting down to 10% before I go into another bulk and start cycle. I'm considering starting a month early.
