Longest that you’ve stayed on Var?
I know it’s not like winny or dbol but how long do ya feel comfortable running Var? Say at 50mgs.

I've gone over a year straight and at pretty high doses as well, but my test was lowish and my liver was in tip top shape lol.

I’m thinking about running my full 12 weeks. I was gonna run some winny at the end of my cycle though. Last 4 weeks.

A full year?
How was your blood work during this run?
What support supps were you using?

8 weeks was my max, but I had a liver panel done and neither my alt or ast were elevated. I could've gone longer, but those back and shin pumps really prevented me from doing any cardio.

Var isn't that liver toxic and prolonged cycle lengths of it are common. Plenty of ppl run Var their entire cycle.
I've used Var at low dose, high dose, in prep, not in prep, offseason; not much bang for your buck IMO and not much change in physique. Granted I've ran it with lots of other compounds usually. I'll save my money and use it for other compounds.

I couldn't imagine going longer, my bloods should be back here in the next day or so. Depending on how it looks, I may cut it shorter. We'll see.
