      My First cycle. looking for opinions/advice

      alright guys this is my first post as well as my first cycle. Ive been researching about this decision for almost a year now and ready to pull the trigger. A little bit about myself first, im 5'10 currently about 205lbs. Been lifting on and off for about 9 years while the previous 3 have been consistent. Diet has been on point for the better half of 1-2 years. Im 25 years old and basically looking for any last minute advice before i start this cycle on the 17th.

      Cycle : 250mg test e x2 week for 12 weeks.
      I have aromasin on hand will use 12.5 e3d if sides occur
      nolvadex for pct 40/40/20/20

      23g to draw, 25g to pin

      diet will be 70-75g fat, 225g protein, 250g carbs totaling 2500-2600 per day split into 4-6 meals

      workouts will be a 3 day push, pull, legs split moderate weight high volume with fasted cardio 30min 2x a week.

      main goal of this cycle is to gain about 15-20lbs of muscle and cut a little fat.
      im currently sitting around 14-15%bf id like to finish of around 10%

      planning to do bloods prior to starting, 6th week during, and post cycle.

      let me know if there is something I could do better to reach this goal of mine, whether its diet, training or anything helpful. thanks

      I would up the test to 500 and add more food. Your barely at maintenance at your split with 2575 calories a day.
      Everyone wants to add muscle and lose fat at the same time. Dropping 5 percent and adding 20lb lean mass is quite the goal. I’d personally run high protein, low fat with carb intake centered around workouts at a total surplus of around 500 calories/ day. That should get you about 12lb of lean mass gained and probably drop some fat...

      i will be running test at 500mg (250mg twice a week)
      so the calorie intake should be around the 3000 mark?

      Im by no means an expert but for his first cycle hes pinning 250mg twice a week. Thats a damn good start, dont you think? 500mg per week? I assume u dont mean for him to pin 500 twice a week?

      12 weeks at 500mg test E is a good choice

      If you can get some Proviron, that would help out tremendously while on cycle also. But its not needed. See how your body reacts to the test.

      I like the simple first cycle you have planned out for your first. I'm currently running my first using Test Cyp but other than that it is all the same as yours.

      You are absolutely correct. I missed that he was pinning 250 twice a week. I thought it was total. 500 test only is a perfect first cycle.

      Good idea on starting off small. Low doses. Will be very easy to learn your body starting out with just test. If you get any side effects you know what it’s from. The test. And how to address it pretty easy. Then maybe down the road add deca in and if you get a different side effect than u got on your first cycle with just test. Then you know it’s from deca. Looks like u did your research for sure. And u will do good on it. You will notice a difference. When u platoue later on. Then maybe add something. Keep us posted on how you do!!

      appreciate the replys everyone, at this point im going to take the advice and up my caloric intake to:

      315g = carbs
      275g = protein
      70g = fats
