Been pinning for 10 months now and still don't hit delts. Glutes, ventroglute, and quads.

I have only done 1 cycle of test-e and pinned glutes, not the first bit of pain during the whole process.

I like the quad. Go quick go deep inject slow. Leave it in for 30 sec after u push. Applied pressure and message for 1 min. Pip depends on a lot of things like hormone and carrier oil. Some hurt like hell some don’t hurt at all. I had some that had way to much ba I think. Couldn’t walk for 3 days much less work out. Finally got good gear. If u hit a nerve it’s will hurt too. What size pin?

Been pinning for 4.5 months. Started right glute. I had watched tons of videos. I was so damn nervous. I was waiting for my gear to arrive got some 22g 1.5 from a friend. After I was done a giggled like a school girl. I literally couldn't feel it go in. I watched it but nothing. I wondered why all the hype. Well that was then... the first couple went like that. Since then I've had a few stingers. Soooooo I figured a few weeks ago let's try the quad. Wasn't terrible that was my a.m. pin (i pin 2x a week small dose trt, once a.m. once p.m.) the next day however. I felt like someone gave me a dead leg punch. It hurt, it was so sore I struggled walking around without a limp....... guess who went back to the gluteus nohurtis

not sure why anyone ever does other than glute... i did quad once fuck my life won't ever do that again
