Ouch!!
Did my first injection of test yesterday. Is it normal to be pretty sore at the injection site (right delt)?

I'm going to be honest with you
If you're not sitting down then sit down
Brace yourself
Okay here's the deal
You're probably going to lose that arm
But there is hope
If you can make it through the night and tomorrow it might feel a little better the next day a little bit more better
Then there's a slight chance you're going to be able to keep the arm
My advice first time don't do the shoulder do the glutes there's a ton of videos on YouTube

Yeah I'd recommend getting used to doing glute injections first.
The glute is a much meatier muscle with less veins, tendons, nerves, etc to hit.
Its the recommended injection site for beginners.
Pinning in any unseasoned muscle is gonna be more painful. The muscle gets used to it after awhile.

Bruh, my first delt injection.....
I got a zombie arm.... couldn't feel it and still can't.
Good thing is.. when the wifey doesn't give it up..
Engage zombie arm for some strange...
Anyway... more details..
Needle gauge? Length?
Test concentration?
When I first heard virgin muscle theory. ... I was like
FUCKN HAS TO BE BRO SCIENCE. ..
Quads were a bitch to pin.
After 8 weeks of Tren Ace 75mg ED...
Rotation of injection sites...
Quads are bulletproof. ...
UNLESS, I hit a nerve and muscle contracts with needle in.
Pin glutes bro.
I do gluteus medius...
Flex your glutes and its the hump high on the top outside glute. Mine is pretty developed.

I remember my first pin, didn’t know any better and I put in in the top of my thigh. It felt like my leg was broken the next day. I legit could not put weight on it I even called into work. Then I got the test flu bad. So yeah....
