      I intermentint fasted like an idiot on cycle!

      Don’t do it. I lost 25 pounds in two in a half weeks. Going from 250 to 225. Lost fat and a good bit of muscle. Luckily I have 4 weeks left. So I gotta clean bulk some back.

      Interesting. I made great gains last time I did that, granted a) I was using Tren which seems to work better than most aas in a calorie deficit and b) I tried to do a good job of taking advantage of my eating window by getting at least 200g of protein per day

      I’m doing IF now on my cut cycle. I’ve cut a good bit of fat and I’ve gained about 5lbs of muscle. It’s kind of a mind f@ck though. Scale goes up a little and you start seeing abs again.

      I really want to get to 200 lbs and single digit BF. It’s been hard as hell for me. Once I lost a bunch and got in way better shape it’s been going slow. Now that I’m on a blast I look leaner but the damn scale is going up.

      It does play with your head when that happens. I usually rely on the mirror, progress pics, and the measuring tape when this starts to happen. As long as waist is going down and other things are going up that’s ok with me

      Intermittent fasting is the WORST thing ive ever done to myself!

      For 4 years I did it just cuz it wss easier and I had stopped lifting cuz of family and career obligations.

      Well I started back lifting full time back in april and I'm still trying to get my body back to being able to eat during the day.

      Every day is a struggle. I was fierce feeding myself for the first 4 or 5 months but I just couldn't take it anymore....it truly was torture.

      At this point I'm forced to only eat protein during the time period each day when I was fasting and I squeeze in as many carbs as I can at night when I would eat.

      I'm still slowly getting to increase the macros. I recently added in EQ and it has helped alot but it's still a struggle and with coming season coming up im still not on track.

      If ur using ENOUGH gear while u fast u should be able to at least maintain all the muscle u have as long as ur making use of aminos thorough out the day.

      But if ur not on cycle at all yeah its gonna mess u up quick
