Hey bro, not so sure about all the supps. Not even sure about the AAS. Lots of mixes, which is fine I guess, just worried about the esters.
You was on hell of a cycle (1cc sust Ed?) For a minute. Your receptors might be a little wore out right about now. I'm no expert, just saying.
Also, I hear a lot about your compounds but nothing about diet and training.
What's diet like, my man? And what's the training schedule?
More importantly, are you training hard enough?

It’s cool man I can handle it
Diet - def needs tweaking but it is 5 meals daily
With protein shakes as snacks in between with water (well the sparkling water bc it reminds me of soda lol)
I generally meal prep on Sunday for the week and grill a shitload of chicken and oven roast some veggies to go with it
Use my crock pot to make about 4 cups of rice and then portion out like 1/3 cup in each meal
Training
I lift 6 days a week currently - usually do 1 body part a day for about an hour and try to hit legs back and chest twice a week. Usually progressive overload on the weight and 4 sets (4th set is till failure with a moderate weight)
Gear
So I was running 1 cc sust everyday for about 3 weeks prior to using these compounds
My thinking was to get some size packed on before trying to lose weight And lean out
My theory behind the short and long ester mix is that honestly I just wanna try something different
I have never run short and log esters together and wanna see what will happen if I do
Time will tell I suppose
And supps
I have a liver issue - it’s a hematoma in my liver (basically a cluster of blood vessels that on an X-ray resembles a tumor )
My doctors have told me a billion times to take liver support all the time to help bilirubin levels and also to continue having my liver function at 100% (which if does) - I’m gonna run as many support supps as possible mainly for my liver
If you notice - all the supports I’m taking are aimed at the liver (tudca Nac Liv52 L-glut)
Time will tell my results and I’ll continue posting progress here

You ever take genotec proviron before? He is awesome has alot of great products and he uses mighyol for oils. I never tried his proviron heard it was good. I just hate ordering from him lack of communication and long shipping times but if you can wait its 100% worth it. Intrested to see your results cause I know you like to BLAST big cycles lol.
