      Rest day today from training
      Need to give my body a chance to recover and be able to crush it again tomorrow morning

      Still pinned 5ius GH
      Took my tbol and Proviron
      I also pinned .5cc rip stack .5 cc trest (mainly wanted to try the trest out)- it is unbelievably smooth - it comes out of the vial into the pin so fast as well - it’s brewed w mig oil so I’m guessing that’s why it moves so differently than other oils with gso.

      Anyway - gonna meal prep all day and rest probably

      My diet needs to become more militaristic in terms of what I eat when and how much - I need to really nail it down and stick to it

      Gonna grill like 5 lbs chicken, 2 lbs steak
      Oven roast like a shitload of broccoli onions peppers and green beans
      Crock pot like 4 cups of brown rice as well

      ^then portion out a chunk of protein - 1/2 cup rice each
      And load the veggies in there

      ^gonna try to eat 4 of them per day schedule permitting - but I can def get 3 in

      These are lunch and dinner meals
      For breakfast I have tons of steel cut oats - eggs , turkey sausages and yogurts w granola

      Plan on eating one of those as breakfast and the meals I cook today for lunch and dinner
      -snacks in between I will use protein shakes - got bananas and yogurts as well

      Let’s see how it goes !
      When I do this plan above I generally lose fat and look like a beast after about a month so that’s the goal

      Finished cooking about 10 meals today so this week my diet should be on point

      As an addition

      I will be running 1/2 CC ment eod
      On the off days 1 or 1/2 cc of DHB

      ^ so it’ll be this
      Day 1- 1cc rip stack 1cc ment
      Day 2-1cc premium mix 1cc DHB
      ^alternate eod like this ^
      So 2cc of gear ED

      Orals will
      Remain the same
      50 tbol
      50 Proviron
      5ius GH
      Everyday ^

      It sounds like a lot but it’s really a simple pattern

      I love it. I'm not a fan of stacking a bunch of different compounds but whatever floats your boat lol. I like to see other guys do it. Your gunna have some serious gains bro especially with that hgh in the mix.

      Is the ment made with migyol?
