So I’m in week 5 of a test e 500mg cycle with Ligandrol and Cardarine. I have a sore left nipple with a small lump underneath. No doubt time to start Clomid and Nolvadex. Should I also abort the cycle immediately? Thoughts?

Damn! Side note- That happened to me once taking a sarm supplement(turns out it was a strong aromatizing pro hormone). Haven’t taken one since. Check out the BOP Reversing Gyno sticky. Could give you some good options!!

If it’s the sticky I found, it States only letro will reverse. But then just I find articles online that say Letro is an AI and is only effective in preventing, and you need a SERM to reverse such as nolvadex.

looking for some personal experiences or insight?
note, I have nolvadex on hand, no letro.

No, it's not time to start clomid or end your cycle. I don't know what ai you're using or current dosage, but I would start 20mg/day nolva and up your current ai dosage until your pain/knot subsides. After that you can drop nolva(or stay on) and figure out proper ai dosing throughout the end of your cycle.

I’d definitely keep in cycle. I’d go 40mg nolvadex for a few days then drop to 20 for a week. Outta nuke it if it’s new without killing your Estrogen. Once it’s gone I’d stay on 10mg/ day for remainder of cycle.

I agree w drillit. Gotta try before you know what’s going on. I’ve had temporary little lumps and once I stared getting bloods and trying Serms/AI , I haven’t had any problems.

I was able to do it while on cycle. 120mg ralox combined with letro until the lump is gone. Taper the ralox down to 60 for another week or so while continuing the letro. Saw this recommendations years ago and worked for me, several cycles later the gyno has not returned although I do find myself more sensitive to aromatizing substances so I try to stay dry.
