hello guys quick question here, for anyone who cant swallow those horsepills.. what do you guys do to get the good stuff down?
ive heard of people just opening it up and drinking the power.. but is that viable?
does it ruin the quality?
i understand the whole be a man thing, but this is an honest question haha.

theres typically fillers in capsules as well, but i dont see any reason why putting it into a shake or PWO wouldnt work out. they make oral suspensions as well.

Yes, it's viable. Or like mentioned, put in a protein shake. Best way to avoid em is to do injections. A bunch of orals are bad anyway.

The cap itself is just to hold the powder. So taking it out of the cap is fine. You could mix it with a little water and down it like a shot.
