Crossfit cycle
Thanks for all the support.
Ive been watching this thread and it seems that this is the best around.
Im trying to do a crossfit cycle.
I would like to try HGH for the recovery benefits.
And maybe some testosterone.
But i dont think i should do both since its my first cycle ever.
Stats
Weight 165 lbs
15% bf
5'5
Train crossfit, triathlons and soccer. Plus regular lifting.
What do you guys recommend?
My trainning and diet is pretty good. Never thought i would be this strict.

I'm very interested in this as well. Mostly looking for strength, speed, recovery and endurance with minimal bloat and cramping. I'm thinking low dose Test 250mg per week with 500mg Eq for 14 weeks. Tbol kick start but cramping is an issue sometimes for me.

Im not an expert but ive read EQ is good for endurance but you might pack to much nuscle tho. Idk im not an expert

200 test-e/week/400 eq-cyp/5iu hgh daily before bed. Around week 4 the gear will be working good and you will be the king of crossfit, then again it's crossfit so maybe the queen lol

I’m pretty sure CrossFitters take estrogen enhancement products only, not testosterone...
and there’s nothing out there that’ll heal using improper form injuries...
I’m pretty sure if you eat a shit ton of bananas you’ll rise to the top of those boxes like a gazelle clearing a river escaping being eaten by the lions....
In all seriousness without some bloodwork to see where you’re at, it’s not wise to offer any direction.... first thing I’d suggest is get your bloodwork done. Full panel, free and total test, E, lipids etc... since this will be your first cycle ever, not doing this to establish a baseline, establish goals to know what levels you want to achieve, before you do anything, would be a terrible mistake... then after you start it’s bloodwork every 5 weeks like clockwork, all the way until after pct is complete.... IMO

First off how old are you? Hgh on your first cycle I don’t think that is a very good idea at all you don’t need it. With your given stats and what you say your activity level is there is room for improvement for example I am 44 around 220 lbs give it take 6’1” and I do triathlons and when I am in high training mode I am around 195lbs at 10% give or take on bf other wise I sit around 12 to 13

24 well I am gonna say something here you may not like you definitely don’t need hgh and I really would not recommend any AS either keep working out naturally you have all the ability in front of you that’s just my opinion. You have a lot of room for improvement that you should be able to obtain with out steroids.
