If the bottle says 250mg, 1cc equals 250mg. You want 200mg, so you wouldnt use 50mg. 250 divided by 50 is 5. 1cc has 10 lines, which would mean 10 divided by 5 is 2. So 2 lines equals 50mg. You would fill up the syringe until it hits 8 lines.
I tried to show you the math so you understand it. All the above posters were spot on.

I know its basic shit I need to learn quickly. 125mg-200mg trt each week yadda yadda has my brain in circles especially when its new to me but im learning because of vets like you. Thanks.

Yeah when it's 250 MGS each score is 25 MGS. A tenth of whatever the dose is. 500 is 50 200 is 20 etc.
