      First ever cycle advice

      Hey guys,

      I知 new to the site and steroid use in general.
      My current stats are;
      -24 years old -188cm -91kg - I have been training properly since I was 19 years old - my diet is quite good, I eat lots of whole foods, meat, chicken, fish, rice, pasta. I知 not into counting calories. If I知 cutting I値l eat less if I知 bulking I値l eat more and add in high calorie shakes. I知 currently not taking any supplements besides some multivitamin and fish oils. I usually have a meal straight after a workout. I値l add a photo of my current body.

      Im looking at starting my first cycle within the next few weeks just to take my training to the next level and really work towards gaining some serious muscle whilst also staying lean as it痴 almost summer in aus. I致e done a bunch of research and I知 going to keep the cycle quite simple

      weeks 1-12 500mg of test e pinned 2 times a week
      arimidex as my ai I知 planning on only taking this if I have signs of gyno unless recommend otherwise.
      Weeks 13-16 nolva 40mg/20/20/10 each day.

      Cycle is perfect for your first one. Just test to see how you react to that hormone by itself, add more compounds on your next cycles. You will get great gains off of 500mg of test.

      Personally, I'd say don't do it. You're 24 and appear to have a pretty good physique. You're no where near peaked out naturally. Clean your diet up, learn all you can about carbs, macros and calories, keep changing your workouts up and you'll get better. Your first cycle will be your best, why use it prematurely? If you insist on doing it, then make sure you have quality test, use a sponsor on here, and be prepared with everything on hand before tou start. Good luck..

      Looks very nice to me. I would maybe from my experience start out the first 3 wks at 250 per wk and see how you feel and get your diet dialed in. Then bump it up to 500 per wk for the remaining cycle and then dial it down the last 3 wks back to 250 for a nice smooth soft landing. Again this is just my opinion but you will be able to see how great you feel on wk 3 at only 250mg and then you will be able to notice the fairly large difference around wk 5 or 6 at 500mg this way you will be able to feel the AAS and know where you are at along the way. Especially since it is your first cycle take it slow and enjoy each gradual increase. You will really start to feel the full effect of the 500mg per wk around wk 8 then you should be hitting on all cylinder's and strength should but very noticeable. Good luck and please keep us posted with your results and any questions that you may have during your run.

      i tend to agree with this. If you are determined to cycle, it looks solid for your first one. But like said above you're young. I'd hold off until you've peaked naturally.

      I agree with Mad. Did my first cycle at 34, and i feel that was too soon. Probably would have waited a while before trying, but got really bad advice which Im still learning from. Diet and change up your routine would go the longest way for you.

      Agree with the quality test as well. stay away from any huge sales, learned my lesson on that. I would also run HCG on cycle but thats me.
