      Cycle advice

      My Stats
      over 40
      5'11"
      200lbs
      have run everything under the sun over the last 15 yrs on and off

      Goal solid lean gains.

      I have been running the following Test blend 5 different esters and NPP taking arimidex and .50 caber
      1st 6 wks was Test Blend 300mg per ml so I was taking .3cc or 90mgs of blend (2xs per wk) and NPP was 100mg per ml so I was taking .4cc or 40mg (2xs per wk) so the weekly was 180mgs Test Blend and 80mgs NPP

      Then week 7 - 13

      I bumped it up to .8cc Test blend = 240mg and 1.2cc NPP = 120mg this was also 2xs per wk or a total of 480mg Test Blen and 240mg NPP


      I had been making very nice steady gains up until about wk 12 so I was thinking about changing it up. Plus everything I read says you should not really run NPP past 8 wks but I was feeling pretty good up to the last couple wks.


      So I was thinking about keeping the test the same or maybe a little higher say 750mg divided twice per wk. So I was thinking about adding either Dbol at 25mg to 50 mg ED to try to add more size, or Since my gains have been fairly lean adding Mast-E. Just not sure what mgs or if this makes sense to add this after the NPP. So if you could please give me your feedback on your thoughts it would be greatly appreciated.


      The other option would be to just run the Test blend by itself at 750mg (Divided into 3x per wk) and then start to work my way back down to a cruise.

      I am also taking 2 ius of gh 5 on and 2 off. since the beginning and before.

      I would add an anabolic such as eq in there. The test being bumped up to 750 is a good idea. Dbol is ok for shorter periods of time say like 4-6 weeks at moderate dose or 8-10 weeks at a low dose of maybe 20mg per day.

      EQ - would be an option but I am already deep into this cycle and EQ needs to be run for at least 12-14 wks to really see it shine. So that would be out of the question for this time at least.

      Any other opinions out there - Bump

      Mast will treat you right at the end of a a cycle. Dbol might give you some bloat. YOu might not even really need to up the test if you add mast.

      In all the stuff you wrote you didn't mention nothing about diet or cal intake.... Thats the key to solid lean gains... Or any.. Cut.. Bulk.. Etc... Diet.. Deficit.. Surplus.. Maintenance.. Cardio???

      That is a valid point my caloric intake is about 3500 to 4000 cal per day. Diet is pretty good and I have the gh in there to even out when the diet may not be perfect. But like I said in my OP that my gains were going very well just started to stall out a bit, and I was getting a little long in the tooth on the NPP. I was actually developing a cough from the NPP and it almost seemed like I was getting so fluid build up in my chest. I since cut out the NPP and the cough is gone and signs of fluid in my lungs has passed. Feel better now. I guess 13 wks on NPP even at the lower doses can catch up to you. So my main question everything else being on point should I add dbol or mast at this point. And if so how much would be a good range and for how long should I run the Mast to get the benefits.
