      Week 6 of 16w test e cycle thinking of adding an oral OPINIONS!

      Im right at week 6 of my first test e 500 mg/week. Strong as hell and gaining weight and size. My strength starting going up right at week 3 and I had a nice increase for the next 10 days. It's kind if plateua' d though and so has weight. I'm going to increase calories a little bit more but I'm also considering adding dbol. I know it's used alot as a kick starter mainly but what's everyone's opinions on running it mid cycle and what dosage would you recommend me using. I've got bloods set up for next week to see how everything looks. After i get bloods done I'm seriously considering adding in dbol. Anyone have an opinion?

      As a first cycle I always recommend Test only. You want to see how a full cycle of Test alone reacts with your body. You will also get a lot out of just Test since its your first cycle. Save adding the Dbol until your next cycle.

      Next cycle you can kick start your cycle with Dbol and run Test and Deca and make things interesting. But this isnt a sprint, its a marathon. You can only gain so much muscle in a year.

      Stick with just the test imo. Its your first cycle so you shouldnt hit any plateaus. Keep on with the diet and training and dont think about the gear! Its only amplifying your efforts. Put everything you have into your food intake and your training/recovery and you will progress constantly. Try to not fall into the mindset of oh I stopped gaining I need more gear or more compounds. At your level it will almost always certainly be diet or lifestyle related. Drugs should be ancillary bro! Enjoy those gains!!

      I'm right at 215lbs 15/16% bf. I increased calories a bit more. When I started cycle September 1st I was 196. I'm holding a bit of water and I'm sure a couple pounds of that is fat gain but I've gotten strong as fuck and look nice and full. My diet is strict with the occasional mid week or weekend cheat meal (it's bulking season right). I'll stick to just test for now. I think I'm getting a little ancy to try another compound is all. Again thanks for input guys

      See if you can break through the stagnation with your food. That will teach you more and be more helpful down the road
