Here we go... with all the crazy info thats out there what is the biggest crock of shit advice have you guys heard of when it comes to using aas? This could be drug combos, amounts, anything.

You need to start off with at least compounds and ai even if you may not even need it.
IE. Sustanon with Deca, Dbol kick start and novadex from the beginning to the end. Most if not everyone would do just great for their first cycle with just a good solid test cycle. Even at 250-500 per week for 10 wks.
