Ya I would never do a shot every two weeks I have quite a long cycle history in my younger years. Was thinking .4ml of test e 250 twice a week until I'm ready to start cycle.

There ya go man. Yes, u should. Messed up hormones are very un-healthy in more ways than one. The aromasin u will have to dial in. U may not need any at all, which would be good. Decide your mg dose per week, get on that and do bloodwork after about a month...see what your E2 is and go from there.
I run 175mg per week. Daily pins on Test Prop, best mimics the bodies natural production.
Go with the E or C test tho, 2 pins a week....check Prop out later if interested.

OHHHhh lol......I love Prop...on cycle and TRT, daily pins lol !!!
TRT pins go in my delts, cycle pins loaded to the hilt go in my cheeks. Ill always run NPP with the Prop on cycle, love it.

I have never ran npp before. Been reading hard on it n I'm very excited to run it. Why it's so hard for me to wait to start lol.

Hahaha....get your TRT dialed in 1st man. Get your levels to where u feelin good, fuckin good, training good, sleeping good (n the mean time youll still be dropping lbs).

If you wana get started, I would say go for it man. I know you’re making progress with your food intake so you’re on the right track. I just wouldn’t go crazy with dosages since it’s a marathon and not a sprint.
Cost wise, the leaner I got the better I enjoyed my cycles since i can see the gains in the mirror.
I’m sure you know this but we can’t out train, cardio, or out juice a messy diet.
