If your at 25% I’d diet down for sure and then cycle. You’ll be a lot happier with your results I think.

And Im not saying cardio AND a diet change isn't effective...it is. Everyone needs to go to a different degree to lose weight, because we are all....different. Some can just eat less and drop weight, some need a more specific diet change. I don't rlly believe cardio burns fat (one could run all they want, if diet doesn't change, neither will they) and the theory that new tissue growth speeds up metabolism, etc etc...na, it may speed up metabolism to a degree and it may burn just a little bf away, but nothing too noticeable. If that diet doesn't change, neither will the body. U eat lots to...grow. U eat less to...get smaller.

Thanks. Yea this is why I didnt go full on change to my diet. I slowly cut stuff out. As I have been doing it I am looseing fat asqell as building muscle. But i dont have any cravings just cleaning up my eating it may not be ideal to loose fat. But it has been working for me. Also in past month as I have lost 8 pounds on the scale from looking at myself I have also put on quite abit of muscle.

Maybe I should just hop on the test at first instead of test and npp. My dr did prescribe me test because mine was low I just been waiting to start it. Could the low test also have something to do with the moobs?

Ok man, ye I saw u mentioned cleaning up diet, and dropping certain things little by little...good deal. Just hate to see people fall into the now day beliefs that don't get them anywhere. I see the same people n the gym year after year, doing cardio and other things, trying to "burn" that bf....they look the same, year in and year out...theyre not changing their diet.
Not saying any of this is you...just trying to help out.
That your prolactin WAS high, says that your E2 was also. Now, u are probably at the high end of "in range" (E2)...but remember, these panels aren't age adjusted. This is huge with testosterone levels.
400 testosterone reading is in range..and its good...for a 70 year old man...so that's something to consider with hormone levels. Most of it is how you feel/function. You may be in a good age range to consider TRT.

Exactly...your low test levels probably have something to do with your weight gain...and spiked E2, so yes it would have something to do with your moobs.

Thank you. And I'm on the lazier side of things lol. I only do normally 15 minutes of cardio each time at the gym more into weights. I havent been into fitness in years since I had some real shitty stuff happen to me. But the best thing dor me to get my life back on the right track is fitness excersize and diet. So maybe I should start the test shots and aromasin?

And there ya go...sounds like the diet changes u are making are working, be patient and keep grinding...youre losing bk and building tissue. Then in the mean time get on test injections WEEKLY...not every 2 weeks like your Dr most likely told u to do. I would start with 150 to 200 a week split into 2 shots (so for 200mg per week u would do a 100mg pin on, say Tuesday and a 100mg pin on Friday or Saturday)
